- Make realistic daily to-do lists
- Get more work done when you switch off all distractions for a couple of hours as you get the important stuff done.
- Prioritize and dispense with all correspondence 2-3 times/day.
- Make meetings work: Say you only have 45 minutes/30 minutes. Come to the point quickly yourself.
