Start by putting what you are feeling, into words. And then, think: Is what you are feeling based on your valid interpretation of the situation or are you just being plain irrational?
Not a solution, right? But now you are approaching the situation from more than one side. Reasoning is a beautiful thing to do.
If you now think you were being irrational, move on. If it is a valid feeling you are having, time to look into it more closely.
