- [ ] Properly store compressed gas cylinders in upright positions.
- [ ] Keep combustible materials away from heat sources.
Electrical Safety
- [ ] No overloaded circuits or extension cords.
- [ ] Electrical panels are accessible and labeled.
- [ ] Machines are properly grounded and inspected.
- [ ] Damaged or frayed electrical wires are replaced immediately.
Fire Risk Areas
- [ ] Welding, cutting, & grinding areas have proper fire barriers.
- [ ] Dust collection systems are installed & maintained.
- [ ] Spray booths & chemical storage areas have proper ventilation.
Ensure fire extinguishers and suppression systems are available & functional.
Fire Extinguishers

- [ ] Alarm system connected to local fire department or monitoring service.
Automatic Fire Suppression Alerts
- [ ] Sprinkler & suppression systems trigger audible alarms.
- [ ] Fire alarms loud enough to be heard over machinery noise.
Proper handling of chemicals, fuel, and other flammable materials.
Storage & Handling
